Shinkansen Observation Tower
The Shinkansen Observation Tower located next to the roadside station, is 14 meters high, with an observation deck on the 2F and roof, so visitors can see not only the Shinkansen(bullet train) up close, but can also get a view of the entrance to the Seikan Tunnel as well as the three-rail track system.

Kotaniishi, Ikarikai Parking Park
Camping is allowed on the pebble area next to the parking lot. You can also go to the beach from the parking lot. Enjoy your time gathering seashells on the seashore and fishing, including Ikarikai Island off the coast. On a fine day, Honshu on the opposite side off the coast can also be seen.

Omonai Shrine Observatory
Omonai Shrine in Shiriuchi Town. A straight, long stairway of 200 steps awaits you at the back of the main shrine building. The climb is rewarded by a view of the path ahead of the stairway stretching all the way to the ocean in a straight line.
